When you open the site, you'll see a list of the newest reviews with thumbs that indicate the number of photos and reviews, location, age range, name, and a few other useful things, with more escort information inside. Also, each escort has a separate section on the right side which shows how many reviews there are in total. I guess you always want to go with those that have at least a few. Thankfully, EroticMonkey offers all that.
The site has over 30,000 reviews which is quite impressive and perhaps daunting, but you can use an advanced search engine to list escorts based on a lot of different filters. For instance, you could use a name, e-mail, phone, state or zip code, or display escorts within 5-50 miles from your location. Additional options include lots of appearance, service (HJ, rimming, BBBJ facial, light kissing, etc.), and fetish information (spanking, wrestling, bondage, domination, fisting, etc.).
The site also has a blog with lots of posts and comments and an active user forum thanks to a great community. EroticMonkey.ch contains a few ads, but it is very clean all in all. Except the “go premium” part where you open a review and can see just these annoying massages. Sites like EuroGirlsEscort have no such limitations. Oh, and you can also find sections that point you to an escort site and one for erotic massages.

EroticMonkey occupies an interesting niche in the world of escorts. With thousands of reviews it would be one of the best sites, but once you put the behind a premium stamp, it becomes far less appealing.
