People familiar with glam porn are very well aware of Passion-HD as despite its worse than the worst name, it’s one of the best places for beautiful shot videos. With over 13 years of history, Passion-HD is a megadose of glamcore experience.

While Passion-HD shoots epic content, their media player is far from amazing. It’s your mediocre HTML5 script with a play button, speed adjustments, and that’s it. You can’t see live previews on mouse over for a specific timeframe, which means spending a few more moments, on average, to find what you’re looking for. Unless you just watch porn from start to finish, then it’s all good.

My streaming experience was solid and without any hiccups. The speed is not an issue although a few users years ago complained about slow streaming speeds, which is something I wasn’t able to confirm. However, it’s worth mentioning, just in case, right?

Good video requires solid audio, which is logical, right? Passion-HD seems to be using a 48.0 KHz, 2 channel audio format of 128 kbps. This is somewhere in the middle of the road for audio quality and 98% of all porn sites are guilty of using 128 kbps. Yes, after almost thousands reviews, there were like a few instances (TeamSkeet and EvilAngel) where the bitrate was 190 kbps, so for curious, see those reviews. While the best in class, and a one-timer, was Watch4Beauty with 320 kbps bitrate.

Oh, and spoiler alert: there’s no difference in porn between all these bitrates, it’s not a classical music.

Before we discuss performers, let’s see how you can even get Passion-HD content! Anyone who’s interested in joining can start with a 1-day, limited access trial ($1.12) which recurs into an expensive monthly subscription ($39.94), or choose between a monthly ($24.95), 3-month ($59.37), and 1-year plan ($119.40), all of which are recurring. Subscribers don't get any bonus sites, but you can have them after a one-time fee of $70.Passion-HD also has a mobile-friendly interface, so browsing with smart phones or tablets won't be an issue.

But what does every porn scene look like and how are the performers? If free trailers or sample GIFs don’t tell you much, then sit down and listen. Passion-HD videos often start with a tease or masturbation video, which then transitions to a sex scene. Sometimes these intros extend to eight minutes or so, and while it’s not my thing, I’m not going to hold it against Passion-HD since there’s always an option to skip.

Their videos feature multiple yet always static angles and then often switch to the POV for the fucking part. That’s where Passion-HD’s most iconic scenes appear because if you’ve seen at least one of them, you know what I’m talking about. The POV angles are also just perfect, not too far and not too close, without any view distortion or low-quality nonsense you get with amateurish videos. As far as angles go, Passion-HD nails it in my view, so the only other question we need to answer is the performance part.

If we ignore less than enthusiastic actresses that must’ve had a bad day, the performance is always solid. Females just seem to enjoy the dick and do it like it’s supposed to. One key I’d like to address is the glamcore part. It’s not as “erotic” or with soft filters like NubileFilms or Watch4Beauty. Think of it as a hybrid of high-quality production values, lighting, and then people having passionate sex. For some reason passionate is always considered “slow”, but that’s not the case there and it’s something you should be aware of, for better or worse.
